1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services of the

Massage practice in the village with Tatiana Obrc, as well as for booking appointments via the website and platform Wix Studio.

2. Appointment scheduling & cancellation

Appointments can be arranged online via the website, by telephone or in person.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

For cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment or in case of no-show, a fee of 50% of the agreed service price will be charged.

3. Prices & Payment

The prices published on the website apply.

Payment is possible with:

- Credit cards

- Apple Pay

- Google Pay

- TWINT

- PayPal

- PostFinance

Payment is made directly after the treatment.

4. Health & Liability

The massages offered are for relaxation and health promotion, but do not replace a medical diagnosis or medical treatment.

Customers are required to disclose any health problems or existing medical diagnoses prior to treatment.

No liability is accepted for health damage resulting from incomplete or missing information.

5. Vouchers

Vouchers can be purchased (introduction at a later date).

They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

A cash payment is not possible.

6. Data protection

Personal data is treated confidentially and used only for appointment management and customer service.

7. Online booking system

Appointments can be booked via the Wix Studio platform.

By booking, customers agree to Wix's terms and conditions, usage and privacy policies.

8. Jurisdiction & applicable law

Swiss law applies.

The place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland.
